Sales Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager.
Our Client is a privately owned company and the UK`s leading flooring contractor. They have the highest credit rating of any flooring company in the UK and have been servicing clients and the industry for over 30 years. Their impressive, loyal and professional team combined with it’s years of diverse experience gives them unrivalled products, specification, installation knowledge and project management skills.
Their impressive resume includes blue chip projects for all sectors from football grounds, to large banks. They offer specialist coating; carpeting, carpet tiles, rubber, linoleum, vinyl and wood from every major manufacturer. They pro-actively seek solutions to problems should the need arise and work with the main contractor and other trades on site to get the job finished perfectly and on time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a leading company with a fantastic reputation. They are looking for a Sales Manager to report directly to the Sales Director and grow an external sales team.
Main responsibilities:
· Selling the Contracts into the Industrial Construction Industry.
· Promoting 2 or 3 highly innovative floor coating products.
· To tell the success story of the company’s contracts.
· To grow and manage a team of 5 external Sales Executives.
· To develop and maintain excellent relationships.
· To lead, guide and assist clients with product specification.
There are fantastic promotion prospects plus the chance to have autonomy within a strong, well established company.
The successful candidate should be a strong self starter with a proven track record in sales. Experience of sales management and of selling flooring products would be ideal.
The role is based from their office in the South East.
