Our client began as a contract plant hire business & is now a leading earthmoving, landfill, bulk tippers and groundworks contractor with an enviable reputation on a national scale. Strategically based in the Midlands, our client employs 75+ staff and is capable of undertaking projects of values up to £5m.
They are proud of their reputation and success which have been built on the dedication and experience of their workforce many of whom have been part of this thriving, family-run business for over 20 years.
The business has an incredibly loyal culture with a huge amount of pride in their honest approach to business as well as being highly experienced and customer focused.

Due to an internal promotion within the group our client requires an innovative and client facing Director to lead the business.

Their ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong core values, be able to communicate at all levels and will have an extensive knowledge of the industry, along with an existing network of contacts as they will be actively involved in developing the business.
