Associate Director

This successful multi-disciplinary practice specialise in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Development Consultancy and Town Planning. They have a national presence and operate in both the Commercial and Residential architectural fields.

Due to their continual growth they are looking for someone to join them at Associate Director level who will manage daily enquiries from new and existing clients and oversee these from inception to completion.

As Associate Director you will be responsible for representing the practice in the marketplace, managing clients and their expectations, managing projects from end to end and realising commercially led architectural values.

The position would suit someone who is hands on with Director level experience and confidence in client facing roles. You will be fully RIBA qualified and not only have the ability to deliver projects from inception to completion but the ability to manage internal project teams in their delivery. A commercial project portfolio in retail / offices / mixed-use schemes would be preferable.
