Development Manager

One of the largest independent property consultancies in the UK are looking for an Associate to join their growing team based in London.

Due to ongoing growth in an ever competitive market place they require people to become involved in all stages of the development process – from initial feasibility advice to ensuring schemes are delivered on time.

You could be providing advice to local authorities and other public sector clients regarding the delivery of development schemes and how to maximise the value of the land. Projects range from small urban regeneration schemes to much larger developments
across the UK.

You should already have a track record in Development Consultancy and be a strong communicator in your field.
