Work for Construction Headhunters
Due to our continually expanding client base, Construction Headhunters are always interested in speaking to talented individuals with the passion and drive to join our headhunting and account management teams.
As a potential Headhunter you must either have previous experience of the recruitment industry or a proven sales background. As well as being professional and comfortable communicating at a senior level you must also be exceptionally client service focused.
To work as an Account Manager you must be meticulous in your attention to detail and highly process driven with an excellent telephone manner. A background in recruitment is not essential but self motivation and pride in your work is crucial to excelling in this position.
